18 Years or Older

We’re currently enrolling adults aged 18 years and older for this study. We encourage all ages (over 18), genders, and races to apply.

PN Diagnosis for 3 Months+

Whether your PN is moderate, severe, or somewhere in between, you must have been diagnosed with prurigo nodularis for at least three months.

2 or More Active Lesions

We ask you to have two or more lesions on different areas of your body for the best results. For example, one on the right arm and one on the left arm.

What does this medical research study involve?

In this 60-week study, participants will undergo two treatment periods. In the first phase, the trial cream’s efficacy will be compared to a placebo cream in alleviating symptoms of prurigo nodularis. A placebo is designed to appear like the trial drug but contains no active ingredients. In phase two, all participants will receive the developmental treatment for evaluation.

Throughout the clinical trial, participants will be carefully monitored by our team of experts. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. We recommend discussing the benefits and risks of participating in this research study with your dermatologist.
