In this 60-week study, participants will undergo two treatment periods. In the first phase, the trial cream’s efficacy will be compared to a placebo cream in alleviating symptoms of prurigo nodularis. A placebo is designed to appear like the trial drug but contains no active ingredients. In phase two, all participants will receive the developmental treatment for evaluation.
